It wouldn't be so bad if a crazed serial killer was picking off the crew. the murders resemble one that happened on the island 23 years prior and the similarities between the killer and Im Changkyun is just much of an coincidence. Is Monsta X's maknae a killer or will be another victim.

“Why didn’t you say anything?” Minhyuk asked gently. Changkyun looked up, eyes questioning. Asking for clarification. “About being sick. We could have kept you at home yesterday if we tried hard enough.”
“You never tell us hyungs anything. Always hiding how you’re doing, aish,” Kihyun tutted with a gentle smile, just so Changkyun knew he was teasing.
Changkyun glanced sideways at him, eyes already slipping shut. “I didn’t have much of a chance to hide it from you yesterday. I woke up with a cold and was knocked off a boat like four hours later.”
“Kihyun’s point is, we’re here to take care of you because we want to and we love you,” Minhyuk cooed, combing his fingers through Changkyun’s hair.
Hyungwon didn’t say anything, but began rubbing Changkyun’s shoulder to show his support for Minhyuk’s statement. Changkyun’s eyes fell closed.
It wasn’t clear if Changkyun believed Minhyuk. Kihyun honestly didn’t know if Changkyun would ever believe them.
Changkyun has a cold. And then he falls off a boat. He gets worse. His hyungs worry.

They didn’t know Changkyun, didn’t know his history. To them, Changkyun was a mystery. Though he had always loved mysteries, not everyone wanted to take the effort in solving them. Maybe that was the problem. Every one of their members were puzzle pieces with familiar edges that fit together. Changkyun was the only one left out, was a mystery, something intangible, uncertain. He couldn’t fit.
